Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order through our website or by phone.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal.
Q: I am having problems with checkout, what do I do?
A: Most likely it is browser related, you may need to enable cookies and/or clear your browser's cache.
Q: I have an item on backorder, how soon will it ship?
A: Usually backorder items are shipped from our warehouse within 3-7 business days, however it may take longer than that depending on the item's availability from our distributor.
Q: Will I pay extra shipping charges if part of my order is on backorder?
A: No. We will incur the additional costs of sending out a second package.
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: Once you sign in you can update your account information by clicking “My Account” link.
Q: How soon will I receive my package?
A: On weekdays we process orders immediately so they can be shipped out the same day (in most cases). Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped out the next business day. Please refer to the map below for typical delivery times (once shipped) within the U.S. Please note, this map depicts UPS Ground service times only.
