Shipping and handling
Although we make every possible effort to get orders that are placed before 2:00pm (Eastern Time) processed, packaged
and shipped out the same day (excluding weekends and holidays), processing may be delayed by any incorrect and/or
incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. Please note that we will only ship to the credit card
holder’s billing address. It is your responsibility to enter your credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your
statement, otherwise the transaction may be declined by the payment processor. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. We use
UPS and USPS for shipping carriers. All UPS packages provide tracking capabilities, packages sent via USPS
are not guaranteed and provide limited tracking. Normally UPS will require a signature to release packages valued over $50, however, you can put in a request to your local UPS distribution center for a signature waiver for packages delivered to your address.
Note: It is your responsibility to provide us with correct and complete shipping address, you will be billed for any address correction fees charged to us by our shipping carriers in case we are provided with incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address.
Returns (U.S. orders only)
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience with us. We will gladly accept New and
Unused merchandise purchased from us within 14 days of original sale for a refund less 15% restocking fee. If the
merchandise returned was a part of a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase your refund amount will also be
reduced by the actual shipping charges incurred by us. Return merchandise must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable, you will also be responsible for insured shipping of the merchandise back
to us. Returns sent COD will NOT be accepted. You MUST contact us at (561) 745-9752 prior to returning any
merchandise to obtain an RMA number. Upon receiving your RMA number you must clearly print it on the return box,
boxes without a valid RMA number will be refused at delivery and sent back. We strongly urge you to NOT refuse your
package at delivery, instead we advise to accept it and go through our regular merchandise return process.
Backorder, Pre-Order and Special Order items are charged to you at the time of sale and made a priority to be shipped to you as
soon as we receive them in stock. Although we will make every effort to ship those items to you within 3-7 business days,
actual times will vary depending on items’ availability from our distributor. There are no additional shipping charges on backorder items, we will incur the costs of shipping the second package.
If you wish for your order to be held until your backorder items are in stock you can request it in the Additional Information field while checking out. If you have multiple items on a single backorder it will be shipped when all of the items are in stock. Backorder and Pre-Order items are subject to a
10% total order amount cancellation fee if you request a refund on a backorder item before it has been shipped from our facility. After a
backorder item has been shipped out it is treated as regular merchandise and is subject to all rules and regulations
concerning merchandise returns. Special Order items are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Please note that any and all refunds will be issued in the form of the company check, we do not issue refunds to credit
Overdrive RC, Inc. will be unable to process any refunds unless all of the above conditions are met.
Cancelled Orders & Order Change Requests
You may cancel your order before it has been processed by us, please note that you will incur a restocking fee of 10%. Once your order has been processed you can no longer alter or cancel it.

All prices in our store are in US dollars. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, UPS Standard shipping is also available for orders going to Canada, please make certain to click the appropriate check box for shipping rates when checking out.
In an effort to better serve our international customers our system is programmed to offer Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate shipping option for economical shipping of smaller items. However, due to the extreme diversity of our products it will sometimes still offer Flat Rate shipping option (which you will see as the less expensive Priority Mail International choice when checking out) even though the items ordered cannot physically fit into the Small Flat Rate Box. In this case we will contact you before finalizing your order with updated shipping charges.
Usual delivery time is 6-10 business days but delays of up to 60 days are possible (although rare) due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs delays and/or inclement weather. Delivery times on international orders are not guaranteed. The only method of payment for international orders is PayPal,
please make certain to select it from the payment method drop-down list when checking out. If you select �Credit Card� as the method of payment for an international order your transaction will be declined. When building your international order, please be advised that certain radio related items are not available
for export to Australia.
If your international order contains any backorder items your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
No applicable duties, taxes and/or customs fees are included in the shipping fee that you pay to us. Any and all applicable duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be paid by you to your local delivery agency after your package has cleared customs. Please contact your local postal agency or customs department
for more information. We do NOT accept returns on and/or issue refunds for international orders. Please do NOT refuse your package at delivery as you will also be incurring the cost of international shipping of the package back to us.
Due to high risk of fraud associated with accepting international orders we have certain measures in place to deter any activity we suspect is fraudulent. We reserve the right to delay your order processing until we have verified your information. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and
reverse credit card charges associated with it in the event we are unable to verify the legitimacy of the transaction. We may ask you to e-mail or fax us proof of photo ID and credit card for identity verification purposes. Please be advised that we make every possible effort to screen for credit card fraud
and will pursue all legal venues, including but not limited to law authorities, credit bureaus and credit card companies regarding any suspicious activities and/or credit card fraud attempts. Overdrive RC Inc. fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying people using our website for illegal activities.
We reserve the right to report any activities that we believe to be unlawful to law enforcement agencies.
Lost or damaged packages
If you feel your package has been lost in transit, please contact us to obtain a Lost/Damaged Merchandise form. A claim
number will be issued to you if the carrier does not show delivery within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit for
the missing merchandise will be issued when we get the associated claim number and reimbursement dollar amount from the carrier.
If you receive a package that was damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to obtain a
Lost/Damaged Merchandise form. Make sure to retain all packaging and paperwork with the damaged merchandise.
Please do not return damaged merchandise yourself as the carrier may want to inspect it before issuing a claim number.
Overdrive RC, Inc. is not responsible for any used and/or defective merchandise. All defective merchandise claims must
be referred to the manufacturer directly. Defects found while using a product normally fall under manufacturer’s warranty.
We do NOT provide refunds for defective merchandise.
Overdrive RC, Inc. does not accept responsibility for any crash damage to and/or loss of any radio-controlled models, kits,
parts, accessories or materials, or any injuries and/or property damage that may occur during operation of any radio controlled
models. The end user will determine whether the product is suitable for his/her intended use and assume all
risks and liabilities that may arise in connection with using and/or operating any radio controlled model. Overdrive RC,
Inc. will not be held responsible for any problems, technical issues and/or equipment failure arising from incompatibility
of parts and/or modifications with aftermarket parts and/or accessories. This includes all products sold by Overdrive RC,
