We still remember our own frustrations over the lack of local support. We could not find a single shop willing to even put forth a half-hearted attempt at support on any single quality product or brand... For many of us this is an intricate hobby that we stick with, zero support after the sale is best left to novelty shops.
So we too turned to buying online, only to be left trying to figure out why it would take 2 weeks to receive an order. The only way to correct this was to start our own shop, stock all the goods we use, at the same time offering a place willing to focus on the needs of like-minded individuals who hate to wait.
